贵州部分地方鸡品种的血浆碱性磷酸酶多态性研究

采用水平板聚烯酰胺凝胶电泳法，对贵州及河南、广东、江西部分地方鸡品种及有关外来鸡种共１３个种群、１２２５只个体血浆碱性磷酸酶（Ａｋｐ－１及Ａｋｐ－２）的多态性进行了检测分析。结果在Ａｋｐ－１位点出现了Ｆ和Ｓ两种表型，Ａｋｐ－２位点均为无带类型。Ａｋｐ－１位点两种表型（Ｆ和Ｓ）的分布频率，除黑羽乌蒙乌骨鸡表现为与艾维茵肉鸡和白洛克鸡一样，以Ｆ型高于Ｓ型外，其余地方鸡种及引进的伊利莎鸡，均以Ｓ型高于Ｆ

Studies on Polymorphism of Plasma Alkaline phosphatase of some Native Chicken Breeds in Guizhou Province

In this experiment using the horizontal polyacrylamide gelelectrop horesis,we have first detected Polymorphism of plasma Alkalinephospharase of 4 native chicken breeds in Guizhou(Wumeng,Yellow wumengblack-bone,Black wumeng black-bone,Xiaoxiang black-bone),2.chickenbreeds in Henan (Gushi,Zhengzhou red).3 chicken breeds introduced to Guzhou(Taihe in jiangxi,Avian and Elisa),and compared with 3 nativechicken breeds in Guangdong(Xinghua,Huxu,Qingyuanma)and White Plymouth Rock introduced to Guangdong.It was found that two phenotypes F and S presented in Akp-1 loci,but nonbanding types in Akp-2 loci.According to the distribution frequency of F and S in Akp-1,type S islarger than type F in other local chicken breeds(except only Blackwumeng black-bone) and the brought one Elisa,but not in Black wumengblack-bone,which its type F is larger than type S as well as in Avianand in White Plymouth Rock.It is necessary to study whether the distinction,of the type distribution among different breeds,is relatedwith the breed's economic used and strong adaptation of our localbreeds' or not.
