To obtain the the information of characteristic raman bonds of enrofloxacin, confocal micro-laser raman spectrometer was used to record the spectrum of enrofloxacin. And the possible assignments of Raman bonds of enrofloxacin were identified. The symmetric stretching vibration of O-C-O is significantly strong; the symmetric and asymmetric stretching vibration of cyclopropyl is obvious.
