摘    要:以小麦叶部根腐病菌(Helminthosporium sativum)为目标菌,采用病菌细胞壁富集方法,从土壤中筛选出一株对该病菌有较强抑制作用的细菌菌株G0402,根据细菌形态和生理生化特征,确认为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis);该菌对小麦根腐病菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发有较强的抑制作用。离体实验表明,该菌株所产几丁质酶粗提液对病斑扩展具有较强的抑制作用。电子显微镜观察结果表明,粗酶液能使菌丝出现扭曲变形,细胞壁明显的瓦解。

Abstract:In this study an bacterium isolate G0402 was screened, which showed stronger inhibition to H.sativum. Based on rhe characters of morphology, physiology and biochemistry, the bacterium isolate is identified as Bacillus subtilis and it has stronger inhibition to hypha growth and spore germination. The data of isolated experiment demonstrate that crude chitinase solution has stronger inhibition to the expanding of spot blotch on wheat leaves. Electron micrograph showed that the bacterium can deform hypha of H. sativum and destroy cell wall obviously.
