金银花在肉鸡饲料中的应用效果研究

采用对比试验，将60只7日龄哈巴特肉鸡随机分为2组（对照组和试验组），每组10个重复，每个重复3只，饲养在不锈铜笼中。对照组和试验组分别饲基础喂日粮、添加0．3％金银花基础日粮，结果表明，试验期间试验组与对照组鸡的日采食量、日增重、饲料转化率、周末体重差异不显著（P〉0．05）。添加0．3％金银花在7—21日龄与21-42日龄时，肉鸡的日增重分别比对照组提高3．98％和1．33％；胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏脏器指数分别比对照组提高6．94％、4．93％、2．86％，差异不显著（P〉0．05）.

Application of Flos Lonicerae in HBD broiler feed

An experiment was conducted to research the application of Hos Lonicerae in HBD broiler teed. 60 seven-day-oht HBI） broiler chickens were randomly divided into two groups （contrast group arid Lest group）. Every group had ten replicates of 30 broilers. Contrast group was fed basic diet. Test group was fed basic diet supplemented with 0.3% of Flos Lonicera e. The results were as follows： there was no significant effects on daily feed intake, daily gain, feed conversion ：ratio and weekend body weight （P〉0.05） between contrast and trail group （P〉0.05）, but supplement with Flos Lonicerae could increase daily gain by 3.98% and 1.33% during 7-21 and 21-42 day-ohl. There was also no significant difference on thymus index, bursa of fabricius index and spleen index （P〉0.05）, but supplement with Flos L,micerae could improve these organ indexes by 6.94%, 4.93% and 2.86% compared with the control.
