摘    要:通过对自然通风库进行双控(控温控湿)和双能源(自然冷源和电能)改造设计,研究了自然冷源通风库的节能效果和对红富士苹果贮藏品质的影响.结果表明,红富士苹果贮藏中期(12月上旬至翌年2月中旬),可以依靠自然冷源进行库温和果实品温控制,库温和果温控制在-1.0~-0.7 ,较完全制冷库节能22.5% .贮藏期间红富士苹果果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量和可滴定酸含量较完全制冷库贮藏果实略有降低,但差异不显著.

Abstract:By fixing the ventilation system in small assembled cold room,the energy-saving effects of ventilation of naturalcool source and their impect on the quality of apple storage were studied. The results showed that in the cold season(from the earlyDecember to the next mid-February),the temperature of cold room and apple cold keep -1.0~-0.7℃,only by ventilation system.Compared with storage only by mechanical refrigeration,the energy consumed in apple storage by mechanical refrigeration assistedby ventilation system decreased by 22.5%,and the decrease of fruit firmness,the soluble solid content and the titratable acidcontent of apple was not significant.
