| 摘 要： | 总结了贝尔曼漏斗法分离镜检松材线虫实践经验,通过调高分离起始水温、室内气温和减少镜检液量、改变热杀死方式等措施,将常规分离镜检线虫时间从12h以上缩短到约6h.

| Abstract: | By raising temperature of water for isolating Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, indoor temperature and reducing solution for microexamination and changing heat killing method, 6 hours is enough for isolating and microexaminating B. xylophilus. This technique is efficient for institutions of forest pest control and quarantine. |
