甘肃高山细毛羊优质毛品系微卫星标记与经济性状的相关性分析

摘    要:利用15个微卫星位点对甘肃高山细毛羊优质毛品系153只母羊的个体基因型进行检测,并用SPSS13.0程序下的GLM对具有多态性的14个微卫星位点与羊毛及体重的关系进行方差分析和多重比较。结果发现7个微卫星位点与甘肃高山细毛羊优质毛品系羊毛及体重存在显著或极显著相关,同时在这些位点上找到了对经济性状有利的基因型,为集成甘肃高山细毛羊优质毛品系的早期分子标记辅助选择育种技术提供了依据。

Abstract:Fifteen microsatellite loci were used to detect the genotypes of 153 individuals in a high quality fine-wool breeding line of Gansu alpine fine-wool sheep.A GLM procedure was used to analyze the effects of these 14 polymorphic microsatellite loci on wool quality and other economic traits.Results showed that seven loci had a significant impact on wool quality and other economic traits.The genotypes which favorably affect the economic traits were found.
