驱蚊草组培快繁的研究

摘    要:为了得到最适合的驱蚊草初代培养、分化培养和生根培养的激素配比,以叶柄为初始材料,对比研究了多篇文献报道的培养基配方。结果表明,驱蚊草的最佳初代培养基为MS+NAA0.2mg/L+6-BA2.0mg/L,2,4-D在初代培养中起着负作用;最佳分化培养基为Ms+NAA0.6mg/L+6-BA0.75mg/L+GA30.2mg/L,但有待进一步研究添加GA3的效果;而驱蚊草的最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.3mg/L。

Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation in Mozzie Buster

Abstract:Various medium formula reported by different references were compared to get the most suitable hormones combination for primary culture, differentiation culture and rooting culture of Mozzie buster using petiole as explant material. The results showed that the best medium formula for primary culture was MS + NAA 0. 2 mg/L + 6 - BA 2. 0 rag/L, and 2,4 - D had negative effect on primary culture of Mozzie buster. Although MS + NAA 0. 6 mg/L + 6 - BA 0. 75 mg/L + GA3 0. 2 mg/L was the most suitable medium formula for differentiation culture, it remained to determine the effect of adding GA3 for further study. 1/2MS + IBA 0. 3 mg/L was the most suitable medium formula for rooting of shoots.
