奇楠沉香组培苗在不同光质下的增殖效率及光保护反应

摘    要:以奇楠沉香(Aquilaria crassna Pierre.)组培苗为试验材料,研究LED光源的不同光质(100%红光,100%蓝光, 100%黄光, 75%红光+25%蓝光, 25%红光+75%蓝光)及普通荧光灯(对照)对奇楠沉香组培苗的增殖效率及光保护生理反应的影响。结果表明:红光下组培苗的增殖系数最高,75%红光+25%蓝光处理下增殖母芽的株高最高,25%红光+75%蓝光处理下增殖新芽长得最快,25%红光+75%蓝光最有利于叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的形成,普通荧光灯处理下组培苗的丙二醛含量最高且超氧化物岐化酶活性最高,25%红光+75%蓝光处理的组培苗过氧化氢酶活性最高,黄光处理的组培苗过氧化物酶活性最高。不同光质处理下组培苗的各生长和生理指标都表现出显著或极显著差异。综合而言,红蓝混合光(75%红光+25%蓝光, 25%红光+75%蓝光)有利于奇楠沉香组培苗的增殖培养。

Abstract:This study examined the effects of light-emitting diodes(LEDs)with 100%red,100%blue,100%yellow,75%red and 25%blue,25%red and 75%blue,and fluorescent lamps(control)on in vitro proliferation efficiency and photoprotective physiological response of Aquilaria crassna Pierre.Results revealed that monochromatic red LED was optimal for in vitro proliferation.The 75%red and 25%blue LED produced the longest mother shoots.The 25%red and 75%blue LED provided the longest new shoots and accumulated the highest contents of leaf chlorophylls and carotenoid.The malondialdehyde content and superoxide dismutase activity under control were significantly higher than those under other treatments.The highest catalase activity was achieved under 25%red and 75%blue LED treatment.The monochromatic yellow LED produced the highest peroxidase activity.There were significant or extremely significant differences in growth and physiological indexes under different light quality treatments.To sum up,mixed LEDs,75%red plus 25%blue light or 25%red plus 75%blue light,were optimal for in vitro development.
