黄瓜表皮毛发育相关基因研究进展

摘    要:黄瓜是重要的蔬菜作物,其子房和果实上的表皮毛称为果刺,果刺下靠近刺座细胞的多层瘤细胞大量分裂会形成果瘤,两者统称黄瓜表皮毛。无毛果实污染少,清洗方便,目前已成为黄瓜品质育种和市场销售的重要因素。本研究对目前报道的8个果刺基因Glabrous 1/Tiny Branched Hair/Micro-trichome (GL1/TBH/MICT)、Glabrous 3/Trichome-less (GL3/TRIL)、Tender Spines (TS)、Numerous Spines (NS)、TTG1、GA20ox1、TRY和MYB6及结瘤基因Tu的特点和功能进行了概述,同时预测了黄瓜多细胞表皮毛发育模型,为后续对黄瓜表皮毛发育更深入全面地探索打下了基础,也为其他物种表皮毛的研究提供了方向。

Abstract:Cucumber is an important vegetable crop.The epidermis trichomes on cucumber ovaries/fruit are called fruit spines,several layers of tumour cells near the spine cells under the fruit spine divide into tubercule.Both are called cucumber epidermis trichomes.Glabrous cucumber has become an important factor in cucumber quality breeding and market sales since it is less polluted and easily washed.In this paper,we summarized the characteristics and functions of eight spines genes Glabrous 1/Tiny Branched Hair/Micro-Trichome(GL1/TBH/MICT),Glabrous 3/Trichome-Less(GL3/TRIL),Tender Spines(TS),Numerous Spines(NS),TTG1,GA20 ox1,TRY and MYB6,and tubercule gene Tu,and predicted the model of cucumber multicellular trichome development.It lays a foundation for the further exploration of the surface fur development of cucumber,and also provides a direction for the research of surface fur of other species.
