摘    要:本研究以10份紫肉甘薯和4份非紫肉甘薯品种作为亲本配制杂交组合,测定了857份F1及其亲本的花青素含量和干物率,分析F1肉色分离规律、花青素含量和干物率的遗传变异及其主要影响因子.结果 表明,各组合F1代薯块肉色均以紫肉为主且平均花青素含量均高于30 mg/100 g FW.各组合F1代花青素含量变异系数在48.09%...

Genetic Variation Analysis of Anthocyanin Content in Purple-fleshed Sweet Potato

Abstract:In this study,10 purple-fleshed and 4 non-purple-fleshed sweet potato varieties were used as parents for developing hybrid combinations.The anthocyanin content and dry matter content of 857 F1 hybrids and their parents were determined.The segregation law of flesh color,genetic variation of anthocyanin content and dry matter content of F1 hybrids and their main influencing factors were analyzed.The results showed that the major flesh color of F1 hybrids was purple-fleshed.The average anthocyanin content of F1 hybrids was higher than30 mg/100 g FW.The variation coefficient of anthocyanin content in F1 hybrids was ranging from 48.09%to109.37%,indicating that the genetic variation of anthocyanin content of purple-fleshed sweet potato was wide.In F1 hybrids,the ratio of higher than high parent of anthocyanin content was ranging from 1.69%to 48.15%,and the genetic transmitting ability of anthocyanin content was ranging from 67.38%to 161.09%in all hybrid combinations.Among them,the genetic transmitting ability of 10 hybrid combinations was over 100%.For the reciprocal crosses,when the parents with higher anthocyanin content were used as the female parent,the F1 hybrids showed higher purple-fleshed ratio,average anthocyanin content,ratio of higher than high-parent and genetic transmitting ability.The above results showed that the genetic variation of anthocyanin content in F1 was mainly affected by the anthocyanin content of its parents,and there were maternal genetic effects.On average,the ratio of higher than high parent of dry matter content was 48.31%,and the genetic transmitting ability of F1 was more than 100%.The mid-parent value of dry matter content and the maternal value of anthocyanin content showed significantly positive effects on dry matter content of F1.
