Abstract:In order to comprehensively understand miR482 family members in soybean.In this study,we mainly analyzed the characters of gma-miR482 family,including the sequence alignment and evolutionary analysis of gma-miR482 family members,target prediction and the expression patterns of target genes.Based on the information collected from miRBase,most gma-miR482 members appeared to be located on different chromosomes,except that both gma-miR482 b and gma-miR482 e were located on chr.20.The central regions of mature sequences of gma-miR482 family members exhibited a high degree of conservation.24 genes were predicted to be the target genes of gma-miR482,most of them were annotated as belonging to NBS-LRR(Nucleotide binding site leucinerich repeats)family members.Further gene expression analysis about the predicted target genes showed that gmamiR482 might be involved in regulating plant growth and development in soybean.These results provided the basis for uncovering the molecular regulatory mechanisms mediated by miR482 family in soybean.
