谷子品种农艺性状的灰色关联度分析及综合评价

摘    要:为合理利用引进的谷子材料,为杂交亲本选配提供试验依据。以引进的30份谷子种质资源为材料,采用灰色关联度和因子分析法对9个农艺性状进行关联和综合评价。结果表明,与单穗重关联的性状由大到小依次分别为穗粒重、穗粗、穗松紧度、穗长、穗毛长短、千粒重、株高、节数及叶片数。以性状灰色关联所占比重为权重,‘09-221’、‘赤谷8号’、‘朝谷13’、‘371’、‘黄金吨谷’等5份品种的加权关联度综合评价较高。因子分析中前5个公共因子分别为单株产量因子、穗性状因子、茎叶因子、穗松紧度因子和穗毛长短因子,它们的累积贡献率为93.36%。以公共因子的贡献率为权重计算综合评分,‘大同33’,‘大红谷’,‘Jul-108’,‘鑫谷10号’,‘09-220’等5份品种的得分高,综合性状好。

Abstract:In order to rational utilize introduced foxtail millet strains,provide test basis for hybrid parents selection,thirty introduced foxtail millet germplasm resources were used for correlation and comprehensive evaluation in nine agronomic traits by grey relevance degree and factor analysis.The results showed that agronomic characters correlated to weight per ear in descending order were grain weight per panicle,ear rough,ear tightness,spike length,ear hair length,thousand kernel weight,plant height,number of nodes and leaves,respectively.The proportion of grey correlation was taken as the weight,the five foxtail millet cultivars,such as’09-221’,’Chigu8’,’Chaogu13’,’371’and’Huangjindungu’,had higher weighted correlation degree comprehensive evaluation than that of the other cultivars.In factor analysis,the former five common factors were per plant yield factor,panicle character factor,stem and leaf factor,ear tightness factor and ear hair length factor,respectively.Their cumulative contribution rate was 93.36%.The contribution rate of common factors was used as the weight to calculate the comprehensive score,’Datong33’,’Dahonggu’,’Jul-108’,’Xingu10’and’09-220’had a higher score and better comprehensive characters than that of the other cultivars.
