诺木洪枸杞根腐病病原菌的分离与鉴定

摘    要:近年来,青海省诺木洪农场发生了严重的枸杞根腐病.为了确定其病原菌,本研究在诺木洪农场枸杞种植区采集典型病株,采用组织分离的方法对病原菌进行分离培养,根据柯赫法则(Koch's postulates)进行致病性检测.结果表明,菌株R和菌株W都可使健康的枸杞植株患病,与田间发病情况一致,且可能存在复合侵染.对菌株W和菌株R...

Abstract:In recent years,Lycium barbarum root rot disease was serious in Nuomuhong farm,Geermu city,Qinghai Province.In order to identify the pathogen,collecting typical plants with symptoms of root rot from the planting area of L.barbarum in Nuomuhong farm.Using the method of tissue isolation to isolate and culture the pathogen and according to Koch's rule for a pathogenicity test.The result showed that both strain R and strain W can cause root rot in healthy L.barbarum with the same symptoms as in the field and there may be a compound infection.Strain W and strain R were identified by morphology and molecular biology.Amplifing the sequence of RPB2,the second largest subunit of RNA Polymerase Ⅱ by primer with 5f2/7cr.It turned out that strain R and strain W were F.culmorum and F.equiseti.This study identified the pathogen of root rot of L.barbarum and can provide scientific basis for prevention and control.
