| Abstract: | Cotton is an important economic crop in Xinjiang.Finding an effective method for detecting the purity of cotton varieties(lines)is an effective way to solve the problems of cotton varieties,chaos and miscellaneous in the market.In this study,41 conventional species of cotton varieties(lines)in Xinjiang were used as experimental materials.15 pairs of core primers with clear bands and high polymorphism were screened by SSR(simple sequence repeats)molecular marker technology.The material was tested for purity.Each test material used 2~4 pairs of primers for purity identification.The results showed that among the seed purity of 41 test materials,19.51%of those reached 100%,and the purity(line)was higher than 80%accounted for 73.17%.The SSR primers and the research results screened in this study provide a reference for the identification of cotton seed purity. |
