摘    要:为探讨外源水杨酸(Salicylic acid,SA)对孕穗期低温胁迫寒地粳稻颖花形成的影响,丰富寒地粳稻化控抗寒研究,试验以耐冷品种东农428和冷敏感品种松粳10号为供试材料,设置5个SA浓度(0.25、0.50、1.00、2.00和4.00 mmol·L~(-1)),设置低温清水对照(Cold)与常温清水对照(CK),分析外源SA对孕穗期低温胁迫寒地粳稻颖花形成、干物质积累及产量的影响。结果表明,与CK处理相比,低温胁迫下水稻产量及产量构成指标显著降低。施用不同浓度SA提高寒地粳稻花粉育性、颖花分化数、籽粒干物质积累量、灌浆速率、产量及产量构成指标,随喷施SA浓度增加,东农428与松粳10号花粉育性、颖花分化数、籽粒干物质积累量、灌浆速率、产量及产量构成指标均表现为先升后降趋势。分析得出,孕穗期低温胁迫下东农428与松粳10号喷施外源SA最适浓度为0.50 mmol·L~(-1)。

Effect of salicylic acid on formation of spikelet in japonica rice under low-temperature stress at booting stage

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of salicylic acid(SA)on the formation of spikelet in japonica rice under low-temperature stress at booting stage and enrich the physiological basis of chemical control research, using the cold-tolerant variety Dongnong 428 and the cold-sensitive variety Songjing 10 as experimental materials, and five SA concentrations(0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 2.00, and 4.00 mmol?L~(-1)) were set up. The effect of exogenous SA on spikelet formation, dry matter amount, and yield of japonica rice were analyzed under low-temperature stress at booting stage with low temperature water control(Cold) and normal water control(CK). The results showed that compared with the normal water control, the yield and the yield components significantly reduced. Application different concentrations of SA could significantly improve pollen fertility, spikelet form, dry matter amount,grouting rate, yield and yield components of japonica rice. With the increase of SA concentration, the pollen fertility of Dongnong 428 and Songjing 10, and the spikelet form, the dry matter amount, the grouting rate, the yield and yield components all showed a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing. According to the analysis, the optimum concentration of SA in Dongnong 428 and Songjing10 sprayed by low-temperature stress at booting stage was 0.50 mmol?L~(-1).
