摘    要:为研究桑树花粉产量及各组织部位蛋白质、氨基酸含量及热值情况,本研究以3个桑树品种(‘冀桑2号’,‘辽鲁6号’,‘河北华桑’)为研究对象,测定并分析3个桑树品种最佳产粉条件及花粉产量,比较其花粉、花序、叶、皮蛋白质、氨基酸含量和热值。研究结果表明,22℃45%RH为‘鲁6’最佳产粉条件,32℃45%RH为‘冀桑2号’,‘河北华桑’最佳产粉条件,且‘河北华桑’产粉量最高为1.687 g/100 g;3个桑树品种不同组织部位之间蛋白质含量中,‘冀桑2号’花粉含量最高,达到1 531.94 mg/L;在热值测量中,‘冀桑2号’花粉的热值为最高,达20 168 J/g;3个桑树品种不同组织部位氨基酸总含量中,‘冀桑2号’花粉最为丰富,为64.030 mg/g。本研究为桑花粉的开发利用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:In order to study the pollen yield,protein,amino acid content and calorific value of mulberry tree,in this study,three mulberry varieties(’Jisang2’,’Liaolu6’,’Hebei Huasang’)were selected as the research object to determine and analyze the optimal pollen production conditions and pollen yield of three mulberry varieties,and to compare the contents of pollen,titbit,leaf,skin protein,amino acid and calorific value.The results showed that the best pollen production conditions of’Liaolu6’were 45%RH at 22℃,’Jisang2’was 45%RH at 32℃,and the best pollen production conditions of’Hebei Huasang’were 1.687 g/100 g.Among the three mulberry varieties with different tissue parts,the content of’Jisang2’s pollen was the highest,reaching 1531.94 mg/L.In the calorific value measurement,the calorific value of’Jisang2’s pollen was the highest,up to 20168 J/g.Among the three mulberry varieties,the pollen of’Jisang2’is the most abundant,with 64.030 mg/g.This study provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of mulberry pollen.
