温度和光周期对大猿叶虫不同地理种群 杂交子一代滞育诱导研究

摘    要:文章研究光周期和温度对大猿叶虫3个不同地理种群及其杂交F_1代滞育诱导的影响。结果表明,哈尔滨种群无明显温度和光周期反应,滞育率91.8%~100%;山东泰安种群和江西龙南种群光周期反应明显,给定温度和光周期下其滞育率分别为10.7%~100%和1.1%~100%。温度和光周期对大猿叶虫哈尔滨种群与泰安、龙南种群杂交F_1代诱导反应与亲本哈尔滨种群显著不同,具有明显温度和光周期反应,与亲本泰安种群和龙南种群温度和光周期反应相似,短光照抑制滞育,长光照诱导滞育,温度与光周期可协同诱导滞育发生,低温和长日照诱导大猿叶虫滞育,而高温和短日照则不利于滞育发生。两地理种群雌雄虫无论正交还是反交,杂交F1代滞育率差异均不显著,但均显著低于亲本哈尔滨种群,大多数温度和光周期下滞育率显著高于亲本泰安和龙南种群。研究结果预示大猿叶虫不同地理种群滞育现象复杂,对光周期和温度反应存在种内变异,滞育发生受雌雄基因共同作用。

Study on diapause induction of hybrid F_1 of different geographical populations of Colaphellus bowringi with different temperatures and photoperiods

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of photoperiods and temperatures on the diapause induction of three different geographical populations of the cabbage beetle Colaphellus bowringi Baly, and their hybrid F_1 were studied. The results showed that there was no obvious temperature and photoperiod response in Harbin population, and the diapause rates were 91.8%-100%. The Tai'an population and Longnan population had obvious photoperiod response. The diapause rates under the given temperatures and photoperiods was 10.7%-100% and 1.1%-100%, respectively. The induced reaction was significantly different with the F_1 generation of the Harbin population and the Tai'an and Longnan population and parental Harbin population under different temperatures and photoperiods. The F_1 generation had obvious temperature and photoperiod response which was similar to the parental Tai'an and Longnan populations. Temperature and photoperiod synergistically induced the occurrence of diapause, short-light inhibited diapause, long-light induced diapause, low temperature and long-light induced diapause of the cabbage beetle better, while high temperature and short-light were not conductive to the occurrence of diapause. There was no significant difference in diapause rate between the two geographical populations, male or female, whether they were orthogonal or reciprocal, but they were significantly lower than the parental Harbin population. Under most temperature and photoperiods conditions, the diapause rate of Harbin population was significantly higher than that of the Tai'an population and Longnan populations, respectively. The results indicated that there were complex diapause phenomena in different geographical populations of the cabbage beetle, and there were intraspecific variation in photoperiod and temperature response, and the occurrence of diapause was affected by the parental male and female genes.
