摘    要:研究了不同浓度的NaCl溶液对4个青花菜DH系自交不亲和性的影响.试验结果表明,NaCl溶液能克服青花菜DH系07-2的自交不亲和性,但不能克服另外3个DH系的自交不亲和性;不同浓度NaCl溶液处理DH07-2效果差异显著,其中10%NaCl溶液处理后,其亲和指数达4.53,极显著的高于与其他浓度处理,说明10%NaCl溶液克服青花菜自交不亲和性效果最好.

Abstract:In the study, four self-incompatible DH lines stigmas of Brassica oleracea L. var. italica were treated with NaCl solutions of different concentration separately. The results showed that the NaCl solutions could overcome the self- incompatibility (SI) of DH07-2 line, but could not overcome the SI of the other three DH lines. Different NaCl solutions possessed significantly various effects on overcoming DH07-2 line's SI, and 10% NaCl solution was most effective with the comnatihle index of 4.53. which was had extremely significant difference with other NaCl solution treatments.
