| Abstract: | This review summarized the development of the mechanism of penetration enhancers action on the transdermal absorption of drugs, mostly relating to the penetration enhancers that used frequently in study, that is,laurocapram, oleic acid and terpenes, etc, and proposed the trends of further study in this field which would be used for reference in the following study on the mechanism of transdermal absorption. |
