| 摘 要： | 吉林省中部地区粮食生产在全国占有重要地位，但目前百临着产量高，经济效益低的主要矛盾，这主要是由于国家宏观政策和地方经济发展能力低等原因造成，因此，国家和地方应用时采取相应对策，才能从根本上解决这一矛盾，促进食生产的发展。

| Abstract: | The grain production in the middle prefecture of JiLin province occupies an important place in China. But the main contradiction of high yield and low effectivess is confronted now.The main reasons are the country micropolicies and low developing capicity of local economics etc.so,The country and local showed table contermeasures simultaneously that the contradiction can only be resolved once for all and guarantee the balance between supply and demand. |
