镉胁迫对黄瓜幼苗吸收和积累Cd、Mn和Fe的影响

摘    要:选用津优35号黄瓜为材料,研究不同Cd浓度处理(0、10、50、100、500μmol/L)对黄瓜幼苗叶片、茎、根吸收和积累Cd、Mn和Fe的影响。结果表明:随着Cd处理浓度的增加和处理时间的延长,各器官中的Cd、Fe含量呈递增趋势。黄瓜幼苗对Cd有明显富集作用。Cd胁迫下促进Fe离子的吸收和积累,但明显抑制Mn(P〈0.05)。

Effects of Cd on Uptake and Accumulation of Cd,Mn and Fe in Cucumis salivus L.

Abstract:Effects of Cd on uptake and accumulation of Cd , Mn and Fe in leaves , tem and roots of Jinyou 35 treated with different concentrations of Cd ( 0 、 10 、 50 、 100 、 500 μmol/L ) were investigated in this paper. The results indicated that the contents of Cd and Fe in leaves , stem and roots of C. sativus increased with increasing Cd and prolonging treatment time. C. sativus had obvious enrichment effect for Cd. Absorption and accumulation of Fe in the organs were promoted under Cd stress. However , uptake and accumulation of Mn were inhibited significantly ( P<0.05 ) .
