| 摘 要： | 通过组织培养和田间试验的方法研究了不同浓度的植物营养剂对菊花成活率的影响。结果表明:炼苗期喷洒0.3%植物营养剂可以提高菊花组培苗的成活率,成活率可达95%。喷洒0.3%植物营养剂比不喷植物营养剂处理在成活率、株高、光合作用强度及根系活力强度上分别提高了13.1%、20.06%、20.4%、17.3%。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a series of tissue culture studies and field experiments were taken to investigate the effects of plant nutrition concentration on seedling survival rate of Dendranthema morifolium.Results showed that the survival rate of Dendranthema morifolium was highly improved,which could reach as high as 95%,when the concentration of plant nutrition at seedling stage was 0.3%.The survival rate,plant height,photosynthetic intensity and root activity of the experimental group were increased by 13.1%、20.06%、20.4% and 17.3%,individually. |
