低温贮藏对螟黄赤眼蜂羽化的影响研究

摘    要:螟黄赤眼蜂的羽化率随低温贮藏时间的延长而下降,以米蛾卵作为中间寄主时贮藏60 d内或以柞蚕卵为中间寄主时贮藏35 d内,赤眼蜂羽化率下降幅度较小,超过60 d(米蛾卵)或35 d(柞蚕卵)螟黄赤眼蜂羽化率的迅速下降,表明在一定低温条件下,贮藏时间是影响螟黄赤眼蜂羽化率的关键因子.

Abstract:Study on reservation under low temperature was conducted in 2000~2002 .The result indicated that the ratio of its eclosion of Trichogramma chilonis declined, while the period of reservation was postponed. The ratio of eclosion of Trichogramma chilonis reared with Antheraea pernyi droped a little,when the period of reservation was within 35d,and its ratio of eclosion declined dramatically after that period.The period of reservation is the key factors to eclosion.
