烟曲霉XC6菌株的发酵条件优化研究

摘    要:研究了氮源、培养温度、接种量、种龄等对烟曲霉XC6菌株降解稻草能力的影响,结果表明:当氮源为(NH4)2SO45g/L,培养温度为30℃,最适种龄为36h,接种量为10%,培养时间为2~3d时,该菌株对稻草的降解率高达(91.31±5.34)%。

Abstract:The effects of culture media and conditions of Aspergillus fumigatus XC6 on rice straw-degrading were studied. The results showed that the most suitable culture medium was 1 % NaOH was used to treat rice straw while(NH4)2SO4 was 5 g/L and optimal culture condition was culture temperature 30 ℃,inoculation size of 10 % and incubation time of 36 h. Under the optimal culture media and conditions,the rice straw was degraded completely(91.31±5.34) %.
