摘    要:为解决轮叶党参栽培过程中种子发芽率低、出苗不整齐而造成的播种量大、成本高的问题,用不同浓度赤霉素进行种子浸泡并在变温条件下进行培养。试验结果表明:轮叶党参种子具有休眠特性,处理后种子发芽率与对照组相比,发芽率有显著提高,特别是在21~28℃条件下的800mg.kg-1的处理发芽率最高。

Abstract:To solve the problems of numerous seeding quantity and huge cost in the cultivation of Codonopsis lanceolata because of low germination percentage and irregular sprouting,the seeds were soaked with different concentration of GA and cultivated under changing temperature.The results showed that the seeds had dormant property,after treatment,the germination rate had remarkable increasing than control groups,especially under 21~28℃ conditions,the germination rate in 800 mg/kg group was the heighest.
