| 摘 要： | 近几年来,吉林省食品安全危机事件频发,要增强对食品安全的控制能力,做到对食品安全危机有效预警,政府部门应该建立食品安全监测检验机制,及时掌握食品安全的监测数据。本文通过分析吉林省食品安全监测检验机制的现状及存在的问题,阐述了完善我省食品安全监测检验机制的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years,Jilin food safety events have been occurred frequently.To improve the controlling ability of food safety and complete efficient food safety crisis warning,government department should establish food safety monitoring and testing mechanism,grasp the monitoring and testing datum of food safety.By analysis on the present situation and existed problems of Jilin province food safety monitoring and testing mechanism,provides some countermeasures. |
