摘    要:为明确采用不同光照强度的LED红光进行暗期补光对植物苗期生长、环境适应能力的影响和作用,以3种茄果类蔬菜番茄、辣椒和茄子为材料,在植物育苗工厂条件下,采用漂浮式育苗盘育苗,研究了不同光照强度的650 nm波长的LED光源暗期补光对番茄、辣椒、茄子的苗期形态生长及抗氧化系统中酶系统(SOD、CAT)、非酶系统(类黄酮、总酚含量)的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,各处理不同程度地提高了番茄、辣椒、茄子的生物量和壮苗指数,同时对幼苗的SOD、CAT活性和类黄酮、总酚的含量有促进作用,提高了幼苗的环境适应能力,是一种植物育苗期光环境调节的有效方法。

Abstract:In order to clarify the influence and role of different light intensities of red LED during dark period on plant seedling growth and environmental adaptability,the experiment took 3 kinds of Solanaceous vegetablestomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.),pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)and eggplant(Solanum melongena L.)as material,adopted floating nursery plate to culture seedlings under the conditions of plant nursing workshop,and studied the effects of different light intensities of LED with 650 nm wavelength as supplemental lighting during dark period on the growth,antioxidant enzyme system and non-enzyme system of tomato,pepper and eggplant seedlings.Compared to the contrast,every treatment had improved in different degrees the biomass and healthy index of the seedlings of tomato,pepper and eggplant and at the same time,promoted the seedling activities of SOD,CAT and the contents of flavonoid, total phenols,and improved seedling adaptability to environment.Thus,it is an effective way to adjust the light environment during plant nursing period.
