| 摘 要： | 目的]探索白芨种子萌发的适宜培养条件。方法]以MS为基本培养基,分别考察灭菌剂浓度、基本培养基种类、光照周期、蔗糖浓度、活性炭浓度对白芨种子萌发的影响。结果]白芨种子萌发的适宜培养条件为：采用1%的次氯酸钠灭菌,1/2MS培养基,2%蔗糖,0.1%活性炭,光周期10-12 h/d,在该培养条件下7 d后白芨种子萌发率可达80%以上。结论]为白芨组织培养快速繁殖体系建立提供理论依据。
