用美人鱼弧菌与创伤弧菌人工感染卵形鲳鲹的组织病理学研究

用美人鱼弧菌Vibrio damsela与创伤弧菌V.vulnificus人工感染卵形鲳鲹Trachinotus ovatus后,对病鱼的组织病理变化进行了观察和分析。结果显示:美人鱼弧菌与创伤弧菌均能引起鱼的鳃、肝、脾、肠、胃、肾等多种组织器官发生较为严重的病理变化,且这两种弧菌导致的病鱼组织病理变化存在较多的相似性。病鱼鳃严重病变,鳃小片上皮细胞增生,相互融合在一起呈棍棒状,鳃小片基部的泌氯细胞肥大,有的泌氯细胞与鳃小片上皮细胞层连在一起;肝严重出血或发生脂肪变性,肝组织结构疏松,肝细胞变性坏死;胃、肠黏膜变性坏死,脾、肾出血;肾小球、肾小管与肾间质变性坏死等。

Histopathology of ovate pompano Trachinotus ovatus infected with Vibrio damsela and Vibrio vulnificus

Histopathological changes in ovate pompano Trachinotus ovatus infected with Vibrio damsela and Vibrio vulnificus were observed.The gills,livers,spleens,intestines,stomaches and kidneys were found to be severely affected by both Vibrio damsela and Vibrio vulnificus with similar histopathological characteristics to some extent.The gills were severely damaged: proliferation and fusion of the branchial epithelial cells as a cudgel.Some of the chloride cells in basilar gill lamellae hypertrophied were connected to the epithelial cells of gill lamellae.The histopathological changes in the livers were characterized by severe hemorrhages or fatty degeneration,rarefaction of hepatic tissue,and degeneration and necrosis of hepatic cells.The gastric mucosa,intestinal mucosa,renal glomerulus,renal tubules and renal interstitium were degenerated and necrosised.The spleens and kidneys were haemorrhaged.
