榨菜线粒体DNA的提取

摘    要:利用蔗糖衬垫法从榨菜胞质雄性不育系及保持系中分离出了线粒体DNA,琼脂糖凝胶电泳及紫外分光光度分析表明,所提取的DNA可用于后续的研究工作,即作为PCR模板,进行榨菜胞质雄性不育相关特异片段扩增及RAPD。

Abstract:Mitochondrial(mt)DNA has been extracted from paired lines of cytoplasmic male sterile and maintainer lines of tuber mustard based on sucrose shelf.Evaluation of mtDNA by agrose gel electrophoresis showed the good quality DNA which can meet the need of the following research work: the mtDNA samples prepared for tuber mustard were ready to be used as templates for polymerase chain reaction (PCR)and random ampliphied polymorphic DNA (RAPD).
