Ecophysiological reactions of different provenances of European Silver fir (Abies alba Mill.) to SO2 exposure during winter

Photosynthesis, transpiration and stomatal behavior were studied in different Abies alba provenances during and after SO₂ exposure. Differences in SO₂ sensitivity and regeneration ability between provenances could be demonstrated.
