甘蔗渣栽培鲍鱼菇的技术研究

摘    要:本文利用甘蔗渣加入10%麦麸和适量(约5%)泥土进行堆制发酵。试验结果表明:经发酵处理后的甘蔗渣培养料能有效地防止杂菌污染,而且明显地促进菌丝生长,缩短鲍鱼菇的生长周期,产菇量较高,生物学效率可高达174%。

Abstract:The present study was carried out by using bagasse as the cultivated materials.After fermentation in piling ,the materials could be used to cultivate an edible fungus Pleuro-tus sa jor-caju successfully. The result which was obtained from the repeated experimentsshowed that the mycelium of Pleurotus sajor-caju grew vigorously and thickly,and had astrong vitality in the bagasse medium that mixed with a small quantity of wheat bran and aproper quantity of mud powder.This method used to cultivate Pleurotus sajor-caju wasproved to be simple and effective. By means of this method ,the edible fungus could have ashorter period of growth and higher yield,174kg of reesh mushroom from 100kg of cultivat-ed materjals.
