| 摘 要： | 利用高效液相色谱法对不同条件下棉蚜危害和棉蚜蜜露污染的棉纤维内主要单双糖含量进行了分析,结果表明:棉蚜危害后棉纤维中果糖、蔗糖含量明显增加;棉蚜蜜露直接污染的棉纤维,蔗糖含量极显著增加。危害时间在40d以上,纤维污染面积超过2/4,果糖、蔗糖含量与对照相比表现出极显著差并。

| Abstract: | The mono-and disaccharidc Contents of cotton fiber on different cotton aphid damage conditions were studied with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. Fructose and sucrose contents of cotton fiber were increased greatly as the damage of cotton aphid became heavier; when cotton fiber was contaminated directly with cotton aphid honcydew, the sucrose content was obviously increased. The duration of damage more than 40 days or contaminated area of a cotton more than two-quarters, the sugar contents increase showed marked difference to contrast. |
