森林生态产品价值补偿经济学分析与标准研究

制订合理的价值补偿标准能够有效促进森林生态产品供给, 对于改善区域生态环境、增加社会福利具有重要意义。文中在对森林生态产品的内涵和特性进行分析的基础上, 运用经济学理论解释对供给的森林生态产品进行价值补偿的必要性; 基于劳动价值论、效用价值论与均衡价值论对森林生态产品价值补偿标准进行理论探讨; 明确森林生态产品价值的最低、最高朴偿标准, 综合考虑对价值补偿标准产生影响的动态因素, 提出科学、可行的价值补偿标准综合测算模型。

Economics Analysis and Standard Research on Value Compensation of Forest Ecological Product

The development of reasonable value compensation standard can effectively promote the supply of forest ecological products, which is of great significance for improving regional ecological environment and increase social welfare. On the basis of analysis of connotation and features of forest ecological products, the paper explained the necessity to make a value compensation to the supplied forest ecological products using the theory of economics. Based on labor theory of value, utility theory of value and equilibrium theory of value, theoretic discussions were made on the value compensation standard for forest ecological products. The minimum and maximum compensation standards were identified for forest ecological products, and a scientific, feasible and integrated calculation model for value compensation standard was proposed by comprehensively considering the dynamic factors that affect the value compensation standard.
