应用TriVex治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的体会

目的:探讨透光曲张静脉刨吸术(T riV ex)治疗下肢静脉曲张的价值,并总结其治疗经验。方法:对95例117条原发性下肢浅静脉曲张用T riV ex治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:每条下肢平均手术时间为35m in,术后全部患者下肢胀痛消失,无严重手术并发症,随访6~30个月无复发。手术并发症的发生率为20.5%(24/117),包括皮肤穿孔2例,皮下血肿6例,曲张静脉残留7例,隐神经和皮肤神经损伤9例。结论:T riV ex可用于对隐静脉曲张属支切除术,是一种安全有效的静脉曲张切除手术方式。

The experience of treating varicose veins on the lower extremity with the trans-illuminated powered phlebectomy

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of transilluminated powered phlebectomy(TriVex) for treating varicose veins on the lower extremity and to summarize the therapeutic experience.Methods:One hundred seventeen varicose veins from 95 patients were applied to the TriVex and the therapeutic efficacy was reviewed.Results: The average lasted operation time was 35 minutes.Pain and swelling of the lower extremities disappeared in all patients after the operation.No severe complications occurred.During the follow-up period from 6 to 30 months,no recurrence was found.The mild complications accounted for 20.5%(24/117),including skin perforation in two cases,subcutaneous hematoma in six cases,residual veins in seven cases,saphenous nerve or cutaneous nerve injury in nine cases.Conclusion: TriVex can be a safe and effective method to treat varicose embranchment of saphenous vein.
