不同揭膜方式对丹参产量与品质的影响

摘    要:研究了丹参地膜覆盖栽培过程中3种揭膜方式对丹参根部产量及品质的影响,旨在为丹参规范化种植提供依据。结果表明,不同揭膜方式对丹参产量的影响显著,以丹参返青后完全揭除地膜处理的丹参根产量最高,达到10015.5kg/hm2,比不覆盖地膜的处理增加了38.3%,比完全不揭除地膜的处理增加了近2倍;不同揭膜方式对丹参活性成分含量的影响有明显差异,以丹参返青后完全揭除地膜处理丹参根的活性成分含量最高,丹参酮ⅡA含量在9月份达到最高值,为0.4571%,丹酚酸B在7月份达到最高值,为6.4223%,总丹参酮在9月份达到0.9842%。在丹参苗期采取地膜覆盖,返青后及时揭除地膜,可以提高丹参的产量与品质。

Abstract:To study the effect of three ways of removing film which used in plastic mulching of Salvia miltiorrhiza on output and quality,and so as to provide the basis of optimization for the cultivation of the roots of S.miltiorrhiza.The results showed that the yield of S.miltiorrhiza.treated by different methods of removing film was significantly different.When removing film completely after the plant turning green,the yield of roots reached the highest to 10 015.5 kg/ha,that increased by 38.3% than non-mulching treatment,and increased nearly twice by without removing film.The accumulation of active ingredients in S.miltiorrhiza which effected by different removing film were different.The accumulation which processed by removing film wasthe highest.The content of tanshinone ⅡA reached to the highest 0.457 1% in September,and the content of salvianolic acid B reached to the highest 6.422 3% in July,while the totaltanshinone reached to 0.984 2% in September.So the plastic films should used in seedling stage of cultivating plants,and removing film completely could increase the quality and yield of S.miltiorrhiza after the plant turning green.
