甘肃省农畜产品质量检测工作存在问题及对策

畜产品质量安全不仅关乎农户收入和农业产业健康发展,还直接影响消费者食品安全和社会稳定。甘肃省是我国的农业大省,正在积极打造“甘味”畜产品品牌,为甘肃省畜产品标准化、商品化和产业化的发展提供品牌和战略支持。虽然我国对畜产品质量安全要求较为严格,但是仍有许多问题制约和阻碍畜产品产业健康发展。该文对甘肃省畜产品质量安全检查工作中出现的问题进行总结,并针对这些不足之处提出对策。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Quality Inspection of Agricultural and Livestock Products in Gansu Province

The quality safety of livestock products is not only related to the income of farmers and the healthy development of agricultural industry,but also directly affects the food safety and social stability of consumers.Gansu province is a big agricultural province in China,and is actively building“Gan Wei”brand of livestock products to provide brand and strategic support for the standardization,commercialization and industrialization of livestock products in Gansu province.Although the quality and safety of animal products are strictly required in China,there are still many problems which restrict and hinder the healthy development of animal products industry.This paper summarizes the problems in the inspection of livestock products quality and safety in Gansu province,and puts forward the countermeasures against these problems.
