摘    要:为了探讨空中压条繁殖技术在茶树上应用的可行性,试验对环割、暗化及激素处理的黄绿色茶枝茎段外观形态和解剖结构进行观测,结果表明:(1)利用空中压条技术能使茶树茎段在母体上完成不定根诱导,并在环割口上端增粗的茎段上发出不定根,其所发根数及根的粗度均优于传统短穗扦插;(2)茶枝原始茎段无潜伏根原基,其茎段的不定根由诱生根原基发育而成;(3)在根原基发生过程中,还伴随着环割口愈伤组织形成及伤口上端茎段增粗的变化,愈伤形成小、茎粗增大显著的茎段易发生不定根。
