茎节数、株距和覆土深度对蕺菜茎段发芽的影响

摘    要:以蕺菜为试验材料,采用正交试验设计,比较播种茎段的茎节数、栽植株距和覆土深度3个因素及其3个水平对蕺菜地下茎茎节发芽的影响,筛选出最佳的栽培因素组合.试验结果表明,影响蕺菜茎段出芽数、鲜苗质量、幼苗根系活力和幼苗CAT活性的最主要因素是播种蕺菜茎段的节数,其次为覆土深度,栽植株距的影响最小;影响幼苗PPO活性的最主要因...

Abstract:Taking Houttuynia cordata as material,the effects of the three factors(the stem node amounts,planting space and planting depth in soil) and their three levels on the germination of H.cordata stem nodes were compared by the orthogonal experimental design,to screen out the best combination of cultivation factors.The results showed that the stem node amounts was the main factor affecting the stem germination,seedling fresh weight,seedling root vigor and CAT activity of H.cordata,the factor planting depth takin...
