不同浓度生物黄腐酸浸种对杂交稻种子胚根伸长及发芽率的影响

摘    要:通过不同浓度生物黄腐酸(BFA)浸种处理,研究其浸种对稻种胚根生长以及种子发芽率的影响,找到既能促根生长又能促进发芽的最佳处理,以期应用于实际生产中。结果表明:绿乌龙牌BFA 2000倍液同时具有促进稻种胚根伸长、种子发芽的显著效应,建议应用于大田生产中。

Abstract:Effect of soaking seeds with different concentration of biological yellow humic acid(BFA) on radicle extension and seed germination rate was studied in order to find the best treatment which not only promoting root growth but also hastening seed germination.The results showed that 2000 times dilution of Lvwulong BFA was the one,which could promoting the growth of radicle and hastening germination of hybrid rice.It could be used in practical production.
