| 摘 要： | 用FSH+ PMSG和FSH+LH 2种处理方法,对8只6周龄的高山细毛羊进行超数排卵试验,4只作对照组,并对采集到的卵子进行体外受精,探索羔羊超数排卵的可行性及体外受精的效果.结果表明:2组处理共获得发育卯泡583个,回收卵母细胞255枚.卵母细胞经体外培养24 h后与上游法获能的精子进行体外受精,48 h后2组处理... |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the feasibility of superovulation in lamb and the in vitro fertilization of oocytes obtained from superovulation,8 lambs of Gansu Alpine sheep aged 6-weeks-old were superovulated by 2 different treatments with FSH+LH and FSH+PMSG,and four lambs were used as control.The results indicated that the number of developed follicles were 583 and oocytes recovered were 255 after treatments.The oocytes were fertilized in vitro with the sperm capacitated by swim up after being in vitro matured for 24 hours.The cleavage ratio after 48 h were 11.4% and 22.7% respectively.6-week-old lamb for superovulation was entirely feasible,and the cleavage ratio of the treatment with FSH + LH had an advantage over the method of FSH+PMSG. |
