摘    要:利用从葡萄果穗附生微生物区系分离获得的拮抗细菌BHG和BTZ,对葡萄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)进行抑菌试验.结果表明:BHG和BTZ与葡萄灰霉病菌对峙培养5d后,均产生明显的抑菌带,抑菌带宽度分别为7和10 mm,培养10 d后,仍然保持稳定的抑菌效果;抗真菌谱的结果表明,BHG、BTZ除对粉红单端孢...

Abstract:The antagonistic bacterial strains BHG and BTZ was isolated from the microflora of grape cluster.The bacteriostatic effects against Botrytis cinerea were tested.The results showed that after 5 days of culture,two bacteriostatic belts of 7 mm and 10 mm in width were observed on the culture plate and the inhibitory activity maintained for 10 d.Antimicrobial spectrum indicated that the strains BHG and BTZ had a broad antifungal spectrum except Valsa japorica(Trichothecium roseum),which could inhibit hyphal growth of at least 8 pathogens with inhibitive rate ranging from 8.12% to 65.12%.Properties of physiological and biochemical indicated that both BHG and BTZ produced amylase,cellulose and lipase.
