水芹种子的吸水特性研究

摘    要:以日本水芹为试验材料,进行了种子吸水试验,研究温度对水芹种子吸水特性的影响。结果表明:水芹种子具有快速吸水的生物学特性,在10℃和25℃下,种子入水3 h后吸水量分别高达83.1%和84.3%,9 h后种子开始平稳吸水,17 h后吸水达到平衡,果实吸水量高达157.2%和164.1%,即使减除果实空隙中的水,种子吸水量仍达74.1%,温度对种子的吸水速率无明显的影响。

Study on The Character of Absorbing Water of Oenanthe javanica (Blume) DC Seeds

Abstract:The effect of the character of absorbing water was studied in Japanese leafbud rockress : the different temperature. The results indicated that the leafbud rockress seeds have the biological character of absorbing water rapidly. At 10 - 25℃, put the seeds into water, after 3 hours,the seeds weight will be 83.1% and 84.3% as itself,after 17 hours, the seeds weight will be 157.2% and 164.1%. Temperature has no signficant on the rate of absorbing water. The strength of illumination has little influence on the sprout.
