邻水县居民食物消费及对农畜产品的需求

本文分析了邻水县人口增长和居民食物结构改善对农畜产品需求增长的影响,得出了食物结构改善、质量提高是造成目前食物需求猛增的主要原因。提出了该县城乡居民食物结构的指导性方案。指出了食物消费宏观控制的基本着眼点是粮食的需求平衡,从农业生产的发展中增加食物的供给量,从对居民食物消费的调节中控制食物需求的总量增长,使二者达到协调。而控制居民食物消费膨胀的主要途径是校正消费行为的偏差,引导居民将一部分收入用于长期储蓄与生产性投资.

FOOD CONSUMPTION AND REQUIREMENT OF FARMING AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS OF THE RESIDENTS IN LINSHUI COUNTY

This article analyses the effects of the population growth and theincrease of the requirement of farming and animal products caused bythe improvement of food structure of the residents,drawing the clusionthat the principal cause is the sharp increase in food requirement cau-sed by the improvement of food structure and its high quality,thusputting forward a guiding plan of food structure for the residents.Italso points out that the basic starting point of the macrocontrol of foodconsumption lies at the balance of the requirement of grain productionand the increase of food provision.Food supply comes from the deve-lopment of agricultural production.The control of the increase of thetotal food requirement is dependent on the coordinative reguliation offood consumption of the residents.The principal way of controling theexpansion of food consumption is to chrrect the deviations in consum-ptive behaviour,guiding the residents to place some income on long-termdeposit and production investment.
