| 摘 要： | 已有研究表明，沙棘黄酮在抗心肌缺血、改善心肌细胞功能、抗心律失常、改善心肌肥大、抗血栓形成、降血糖，提高免疫，抗氧化，抗癌，抑菌等方面具有明显效果。然而，有关沙棘黄酮的药理作用还没有系统的阐述。本综述分析和总结了沙棘黄酮的药理性质，旨在为沙棘黄酮的研究、开发、应用提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | In the published articles, total flavones of seabuchthorn （TFH） has been found effective in many aspects, including anti--myocardial ischemia, anti--arrhythmia, anti-- thrombosis, improve- ment of myocardial function and myocardial hypertrophy, lowering blood glucose, strengthen the immunity, anti--oxidant, anti--cancer, anti--bacteria, etc. However, few papers discussed the pharmacological effects of TFH systematically. In this review, we analyzed and summarized the existing pharmaceutical properties of TFH, and aim to offer conference basis for research, development and application of TFH. |
