| 摘 要： | 结合怠速工况、简易工况法分析了汽车排放污染物检测仪器的结构原理。废气分析仪采用不分光红外吸收型对HC,CO和CO2进行测量,采用电化学传感器对NOX和O2测量,能较好地满足GB18285-2005标准的双怠速和简易稳态工况法的检测要求。汽车排放总质量的测量是在废气分析仪的基础上,增加了稀释的排气流量测量装置,测取的流量值、污染物气体成分的含量值;经计算机处理计算,以排放因子的形式显示,能够满足GB18285-2005标准的简易瞬态工况法和简易稳态工况法的检测要求。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed structure and principle of examine instrument, which may meet inspect polluting emission of Idle speed and acceleration simulation mode in GB18285-2005. The exhaust gas analyzer based on the NDIR(Non-Dispersive Infra-Red) had being measured for HC, CO, and CO2, and measured NOX and O2 on based on sensor of electrochemistry. This may satisfy preferably demand of inspection for double idle speed and Acceleration simulation mode in GB18285-2005. The vehicle mass analysis system (VMAS) had been increased the measurement equipment of dilute exhaust current in foundation on the exhaust gas analyzer. The measure value had been program and display in gram/kilometer by measuring dilute exhaust current and the gas content of contamination, the method may meet VMAS and Acceleration simulation mode(ASM)in GB18285-2005. |
