延安地区稍林地带山羊缺钴乏瘦症的研究

１９９７－１９９８年，对延安地区南部稍林地带的土壤、饲草、水、缺钴乏瘦羊等进行了调查研究。结果表明，该地区属钴、硒缺乏区，缺钴羊的发病率为１５％～３５％，临床表现为被毛粗乱，易折断、干瘦、倦怠、生长停滞、体质量下降、贫血、流鼻、流泪、食欲减退、营养不良等。血浆Ｂ_(１２)降至 ０．５５ μｇ／ｍＬ，肝脏Ｂ_(１２)降至 ０．１４ｍｇ／ｋｇ；脂肪组织和横纹肌萎缩，苍白，肝脏显著脂肪变性，心肌纤维萎缩，肝、脾、肾、肺等器官有明显的含铁血素沉着。肌注维生素Ｂ_(１２)（２７０μｇ／只）治疗效果显著。

Study on lacking cobalt (Co) disease of goat in Yanan bush

The soil, feedstuff, grain, water and goat with lacking-Co diseas were investigated and analysed in Yanan bush in 1997 and 1998. The results showed that Yanan bush is a range of lacking Co and selenium (Se). The rate of tacking Co disease of goat is 15%-35%, clinical signs is skinny, anaemia, weary, no-growts and having a rranging nose, shelding tears,etc. The content of vitamin B_(12) reduced to 0.55 μg/mL, 0.14 ppm in plasma and liver respectively. The fat tissue, striated musle and heart musle atrophy and anaemia. The fat is changed in liver.Theve is some clear yellow-haemochrome with Fe in liver, spleen, kidney, lungs. After intramuscular injection with vitamin B_(12), the goat with lacking Co disease would be obviously recovered.
