| 摘 要： | 以西瓜为试材,以蒸馏水和0.05 mg/L的油菜素内酯溶液为对照,研究0.0005、0.001、0.005、0.01、0.05、0.1、0.5 mg/L浓度拉肖皂苷C(LG-C)对西瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:用不同浓度拉肖皂苷C浸种,西瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长状况差异显著.浓度为0.001 mg/L的拉肖皂苷C浸种最有利于种子萌发.与对照相比,西瓜幼苗生长量及健壮程度均有不同程度的增加,且呈现出低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的生长趋势,其中浓度为0.005 mg/L的拉肖皂苷C浸种效果最好.

| Abstract: | Taking watermelon as test materials,with distilled water and 0.05 mg/L Brassinosteroids for comparison,effects of different concentrations Laxogenin C(LG-C 0.0005,0.001,0.005,0.01,0.05,0.1,0.5 mg/L)on seed germination and seedling growth of watermelon were studied.The results showed that the different concentrations had quite different seed germination and seedling growth of watermelon.The concentration of 0.001 mg/L of Laxogenin C most favorable to the seed germination.In comparation,the watermelon seedlings growth and strong degree were increased differently,and all of these hormones had presented that low concentration increased the growth and high concentration inhibited the growth of watermelon.The concentration of 0.005 mg/L of Laxogenin C had the best effect. |
