壳聚糖对金针菇发酵液中三种胞外酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了在金针菇液体培养基中添加0.0125、0.0083、0.0063、0.005 mg/mL的壳聚糖对金针菇菌丝体发酵液中羧甲基纤维素酶、漆酶和蛋白酶3种胞外酶的影响.结果表明:4种浓度的壳聚糖对金针菇菌丝体中的羧甲基纤维素酶、漆酶和蛋白酶都有明显的促进作用.其中壳聚糖稀释浓度为0.0083 mg/mL的促进作用最明显.

Abstract:The effects of adding 0.0125,0.0083,0.0063,0.005 mg/mL chitosan to the liquid medium of Flammulina velutipes on carboxymethyl cellulose,laccase,protease of Flammulina velutipes fermented liquid were studied.The results showed that four concentration of chitosan all had marked effects to the activity of three extracellular enzymes,and the effect of the chitosan concentration 0.0083 mg/mL was the most obvious.
